Remote Support - Normal Business Hours - $50 / hour
On-Site Support - Normal Business Hours - $80 / hour
Remote Support - After Hours / Weekends - $100 / hour
On-Site Support - After Hours / Weekends - $160 / hour
Normal Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-Hour Minimum for On-Site Support - All Subsequent Hours are Billed in ½ Hour Increments
